We offer and excellent
“time and materials” service which includes same day response for critical
systems failure. Charges are at a fixed hourly rate for both on-site and remote
support and include no call-out fee; charges only apply from the moment we
arrive on-site.
We also offer
pro-active maintenance services to prevent problems arising: we check back up systems, anti-virus
protection, service pack updates and the general health of IT systems.
For those
organisations that require guaranteed response times we offer packages that
include dedicated support ticketing, a telephone hot line and both four and
eight working hour fixed response times.
